"Edinburgh. Ah the life of the big city. I have loved Scotland since I moved here. Haha it is really great. How can I explain this place... Well it is certainly easy to lose yourself in a crowd that is for sure. This place is like a tourist trap at times. Though I can't blame them cause this place is beautiful. It is like Edinburgh is two faced. There's the face they want people to see on the outside. But if you live here you know it isn't as beautiful as it looks on the outside. It is Scotland. The clubs are almost always full. And in those little alleys you dive by is where the heroin and crack addicts dwell. It is really creepy driving by them. I sware they give me that death look. But anyways, there is one thing that I absolutely love about Edinburgh. You can NEVER be bored. It has just about anything you can think of. Well except for Disneyworld but who needs that haha." - zander bennett

"I was born here, to me Scotland is and will always be my home. This is a great place to raise a family which is exactly what my husband and I are doing, while attending school. I don't know how to describe this place. There's something about the way the sun hits this country that just makes it so inviting that once your here your hooked and it's hard to leave. Edinburgh night life is the thing to see if your visiting. The clubs are fantastic and are usually almost full to capacity. There are always two sides to every picture and Edinburgh has it's secrets that only the people who live here know. It's not always beautiful but it's my home and I love it." -lily haner

"I originally came out here to escape my old life along with my brother, and here we found a completely new life. I've grown so much since first arriving at the University. It's certainly an amazing place, as is Scotland. I love it here, though I can understand why some would want to leave. It's a big city, and you either love it or hate it. I've started a family here, and that's helped me to love this place more than anything. I know I will always have a home here, and friends to make it better. Anything can happen in Edinburgh, good or bad, but in the end, everything feels exactly right. This city hides some really ugly things, but it doesn't take a lot of digging to find the good. ~cecilia jackson
